Each year, the Southwest Florida Workforce Development Board, Inc. publishes an annual report, which we call our Report to the Community, in which we attempt to describe and explain who we are, what we do, and how we do it.  We deliver a variety of employment and training programs for both businesses and job seekers in our five-county region, all at no cost to our customers.
