CareerSource Southwest Florida also Funds Training through a combination of programs offered to employers including Apprenticeships, On the Job Training, Work Experience for Youth, ages 14 to 24, and possible reimbursement of training costs for your existing workforce with our customized training program. There may also be cost-saving programs such as Tax Credits, Employee Bonding and skills gap education.
