When completed, your application should consist of the following items and placed in the following order: Application form, resume, essay (500 words describing your educational goals, academic strength and challenges, other commitments you may have, obstacles you have overcome to achieve excellence, work experience, career objective and reason for career choice), and two letters of recommendation (teacher, professor, and/or employer).
