Educational Opportunities

If you require additional occupational skills to obtain employment, funding may be available to attend school at one of our eligible training providers in a career that is in demand. But, since we operate under a Work-First concept, when someone seeks assistance through one of our Career Centers we first determine if that individual has relevant, marketable work skills and is ready to enter or advance in the job market.

Because each job seeker’s personal and financial situation is unique, we recommend you contact the center nearest you to make an appointment with a Career Development Professional.
Tuition assistance may be available for occupational skills upgrade.

You can also view our list of high demand jobs by occupation and find which schools on our approved training provider list offer occupational skills training for them by clicking on the “View Programs” button under the “Training” column below.
