Help develop an up-to-date resume for a specific job, personalized cover letter, and a letter of explanation that answers questions about gaps in employment.
Interviewing techniques to respond to gap in employment, i.e. it is recommended to always tell the truth followed by example.
Being incarcerated can be tough, but so can having a criminal record and looking for work.
It’s important to learn how to quickly respond to incarceration questions and rapidly follow-up with a positive learning experiences and personal growth responses.
As part of this program we can assist with a Fidelity Bond sponsored by the U.S. Department of Labor for employers to consider hiring ex-offenders. It is a way to protect the employer from any dishonesty, embezzlement, or theft from the job applicant.
