Insightful Questions Every Candidate Should Ask During an Interview

Candidates should know the interview is a two-way street, just as the interviewer asks questions to find out if you are the right candidate for the job, you should also ask thought-provoking questions to find out if the company is the right fit for you.

Some candidates may hesitate in asking questions, but if you don’t ask them you can be passed over or not setting yourself apart from the rest of the candidates after the same job.
