Candidates should know the interview is a two-way street, just as the interviewer asks questions to find out if you are the right candidate for the job, you should also ask thought-provoking questions to find out if the company is the right fit for you.
Some candidates may hesitate in asking questions, but if you don’t ask them you can be passed over or not setting yourself apart from the rest of the candidates after the same job.

- What are the biggest challenges I’ll face in the first 90 days, and how will success be measured?’
- ‘Is there anything about my background that makes you hesitant to move me forward in the interview process?’
- ‘How does my background compare to other candidates you’re interviewing?’
- and more!
