Federal Bonding

In this workshop, we will provide information on how employers may receive Fidelity Bonds at no charge as an incentive to hire hard-to-place job applicants.  These bonds, issued by the Federal Bonding Program, help employers offset potential risks with the job honesty of at-risk job seekers such as ex-offenders, persons in substance abuse recovery, and economically disadvantaged individuals lacking work history.
